サッカーや生活全般において、経験に勝るものは絶対にないと思います。経験が、プレッシャーの下で正しい決定を下し、困難な状況に適応し、常に自分の能力を最大限に発揮してくれます。この多様な経験の追求がサッカーに現れ、私のあらゆるチャンスへの取り組みにつながっています。
私は世界中を旅し、自分の視野を広げるためにさまざまな文化やサッカーの方法論に直接触れ、それを選手やチームの向上に役立ててきました。私は、まさにこの理由から、エストニア（世界的なゲームの小さな国）で女子サッカーを開発するという途方もない挑戦に取り組みました。一国の国際的なパフォーマンスに影響を与えるだけでなく、コーチおよびマネージャーとして学び、成長するためのより多くの機会への扉を開くという理由で決意しました。

I believe that in football and life in general there is absolutely no substitute for experience. It is experience that will help you make the right decisions under pressure, allow you to adapt to challenging situations and ensure you are able to fulfil your role to the best of your ability at all times.
It is this pursuit of diverse experience that has led to my undertaking of any and every opportunity that presents itself in football. I have travelled the world and gained direct exposure to different cultures and football methodologies in order to broaden my own perspective, which I have in turn applied to improve my players and teams. I took on the tremendous challenge of developing women’s football in Estonia - a small nation in the global game - for this very reason; to not only impact the country’s international performance, but to open doors to more opportunities to learn and develop as a coach and manager.
Coming from humble roots has led to me establishing a set of core values that I always adhere to when working with players and other professionals. I will also seek to instil these values in my players alongside their technical ability and tactical intelligence, as their approach to the game off the pitch is just as critical as their talent on it. These values are centred on key qualities including:

My values are linked to a willingness to always work hard, share knowledge and learn from others. This has allowed me to build an expansive network of contacts across the globe of individuals that I’ve influenced and that have influenced me - my football family.
On the field, my philosophy is focused on attacking football with flair and creativity. I encourage all my teams and players to be forward thinking in their mind-set, prepared to take risks and to not be afraid of making mistakes. It is these risks that allow players to learn and improve their decision making when confronted with different challenges, and it’s therefore essential to foster this attitude at younger age groups while the players are still developing.
Players must understand when and where to retain possession, how to defend individually and collectively, and have the determination to always think they can overcome their opposition. There should also be an awareness as to the goals of the club, organisation or governing body so that the players know what is expected of them.
I feel that through my long and diverse career I have developed the rare ability to both manage and coach at any level, age group or gender - from youth and academy players to elite national teams and club sides. I have been consistently recognised by my players, peers and employers for my ability to adapt to different challenges while maintaining a holistic and patient approach to my coaching. I understand different performance standards and will always strive to instil the required self-belief and competitive nature to ensure that the players are able to fulfil these goals.
Throughout my coaching life I have experienced a great deal, achieved significant success and learned a huge amount about the global game. Despite this though, I still retain a burning passion to continue my development and apply my knowledge to future challenges. Football is an integral part of my life and has been for more than 35 years, and so I only look forward to the next chapter of my career.

休日や自由な時間が好きだよ。特に、異国に訪れて、文化に触れることが大好きだ。つい最近もメキシコでの休暇から妻と姉と一緒に戻ってきたよ！真ん中が姉だ。
実は、私の妻は女子のイギリス代表のGとして60試合のキャップがあり、イギリスで殿堂入りを果たしているんだ。
As far as holidays and free time . I love to visit other countries and cultures and have just returned from a holiday in Mexico with my Wife and older sister that's picture above my sister is in the middle
As you may also know my Wife was GK for England 60 times and is in Hall of Fame in UK .
